WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS -

By booking a place at our Christmas wreath -making workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions 

 

Booking & payments

• Full payments is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• Bookings are non - transferable between events unless agreed in writing

we reserve the right to cancel bookings that remain upaid 

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop will receivie a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non- refundable 

• you're welcome to transfer your booking to someone else if you can no longer attend- just let us know in advance 

• In the unlikely event we need to cancel the workshop (e.g illness,extreme weatheror low numbers you'll receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.

Age Restrictions​

• This workshop is suitable for over 18s only due to the use of scissors and other sharp tools 

• we reserve the right to turn away any underage attendees on the day without refund

Health&safety​

• All tools and materials are provided and basic instruction is given, but by attending, you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your own safety

• please let us know in advice ig you have allergies,injuries or specific accessibility needs.

• Bumble&Bud accepts no responsibility for imjuries or damage that occur during the workshop.

Photos&Social media ​

• we may take photos during the workshop to use on our website and social media 

• if you would Prefer not to be photographed, just let us know when you arrive no problem at all

Materials & Finished wreaths ​

• all materials are included in the workshop fee.

• tools such as scissors  must be returned once the workshop has finished

• the design,size and finish of your wreath may vary depending on materials available and your personal creative choice 

Respectful Environment​

• we want all attendee to enjoy a welcoming,relaxed Environment. we reserve the tight to ask anyone behaving disruptively or inappropriately to leave.
